Danniel Stehling Fernandes
Attorney at Law · Brazilian Bar Association, Minas Gerais nº 103.994
Civil and tax litigation, with a practice concentrated on tax credits and the review of taxes payable — at both administrative and judicial levels.
About
Twenty years between litigation and the negotiating table
A law graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, Danniel Stehling Fernandes has over twenty years of experience in civil and tax litigation. His practice centres on tax credits: identifying them, recovering them through administrative and judicial channels, and reviewing what is in fact owed.
He conceived and developed his own case-management model for judicial proceedings, applied at the companies where he has served as legal director since 2006. He conducts negotiations before the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and is technically responsible for every filing produced by the practice.
In 2018 he founded his own law practice, through which he provides preventive legal advisory — with the stated aim of resolving matters before they become litigation.
